Ultimate Move-In adds the cleaning.

Kitchen and bathroom cleaning, empty cabinets, windows and floors, plus machine scrubbing for suitable vinyl, tile and parquet.

Paint, cement and adhesive removal need separate assessment. Renovation debris disposal is excluded. Share photos of any additional work before booking.

Does Signature Reset include FormaClear?

No. Signature Reset covers cleaning and suitable floor scrubbing. Ultimate Move-In adds formaldehyde treatment and readings.

Should treatment happen before or after cleaning?

After renovation and cleaning, while the agreed surfaces remain accessible. Share your delivery and move-in dates when enquiring.

How long should I set aside?

Treatment application typically takes 2–4 hours. Drying and re-entry are separate: confirm the instructions for your booking.

Can you treat a home we already live in?

Share your layout and furnishings so we can discuss access and practical arrangements.

What should families with children or pets check?

Request product information and confirm preparation, drying, ventilation and re-entry instructions before the visit.

Is the starting price my final price?

Your home size and agreed work determine the quote. Confirm the final total, applicable GST and extra charges before booking. See the published rates.

My home is exactly 750 sq ft. Which rate applies?

Please request a quote. That size is not assigned a standalone FormaClear rate in the current published bands.

What should I send for a quote?

Your floor area, renovation stage, preferred date and photos of the items to be treated. Mention whether you also need cleaning.
