Dishwashing support · Singapore

The next order shouldn’t wait for a clean plate.

Full tables. Tickets coming in. Dishes coming back. J+U provides extra hands for your dishwashing team, so you can keep your attention on service.

Cafés & eateries Catering kitchens & events One-off or recurring support

Different operations. Familiar pressure.

Busy is good.
Backed up is harder.

01 / CAFÉS

The brunch queue
isn’t getting shorter.

Cups, saucers and breakfast plates arrive together. Plan extra washing support for the hours your café feels it most.

02 / EATERIES & RESTAURANTS

Your team can’t be
everywhere at once.

A full dining room already needs everyone’s attention. Give the washing station its own support instead of another last-minute reshuffle.

03 / CATERERS & EVENTS

The event ends.
The washing doesn’t.

Returned serviceware can arrive in a wave. Include the washing workload in your event plan, alongside preparation and delivery.

Plan catering support

A clear role in your kitchen

More hands.
Less on your plate.

On-site dishwashing support that fits your setup. We agree the work before the shift, so everyone knows where to begin.

01 / WASH

Through the washing cycle.

Washing, rinsing and sanitising, following the agreed process for your equipment and serviceware.

02 / SORT

Ready for the next round.

Drying and sorting, with clear arrangements for handling clean items and returning them to the right place.

03 / COORDINATE

Part of your shift plan.

Agree the crew, hours, station and reporting contact, so support fits into your existing workflow.

What should we prepare before the shift?

Confirm the washing facilities, equipment, detergents and on-site supplies with us. Nominate a reporting contact and explain your station procedures. Our crew arrive with uniforms, dishwashing gloves and protective gear.

What is outside dishwashing support?

Cooking, food preparation, front-of-house duties, whole-kitchen deep cleaning and equipment repairs. Additional duties, crew or hours need separate agreement before work begins.

Behind every plate served

The washing station
is part of service.

When clean serviceware runs short, the pressure travels beyond the sink. Staffing this station deserves the same attention as the rest of your shift.

01 / AVAILABILITY

A clean cup has somewhere to be.

Dish turnover connects the washing area to the next order. Plan around the busiest return periods, not just opening hours.

02 / HYGIENE

Fast should still mean careful.

Proper washing and sanitising matter. Clean handling, suitable products and maintained cloths help avoid recontaminating utensils.

03 / TEAM CAPACITY

Give the station a clear owner.

Dedicated support helps you plan who handles the washing, rather than repeatedly pulling someone away from another job.

Extra hands work best with a clear setup. Brief the crew on dirty-item returns, clean-item storage, equipment instructions and your site’s hygiene procedures.

Before the next service

Clear answers.
A better brief.

The practical details worth settling before your shift begins.

Is this suitable for a small café or eatery?

Yes—tell us your washing setup and busy periods. The useful starting point is workload, rather than venue size alone.

Can we request support for one event?

Yes. One-off and recurring arrangements can be discussed, subject to availability.

Is this on-site support or a collection service?

This service provides crew at your premises. Dish collection and off-site washing are not part of the described scope.

Can you cover an urgent staffing gap?

Send the date, hours and location immediately so the team can check. An urgent enquiry does not guarantee crew availability.

Do we need a commercial dishwasher?

Share your setup. J+U discusses support around manual or machine-based workflows before accepting the assignment.

Can the crew also wash pots and catering trays?

Include these in your brief with quantities, sizes and condition. Do not assume every item or intensive cleaning task is covered.

How many people should we request?

Share expected covers, return patterns, shift length and machine capacity. A quiet start followed by a large return wave needs different planning from steady service.

What should our team prepare?

Confirm supplies and access, nominate a reporting contact and explain the station. Brief clean-item storage, equipment operation and site hygiene procedures before work starts.

What is the difference between dishwashing and stewarding?

Dishwashing focuses on the washing cycle. Stewarding support covers a broader agreed kitchen-cleaning and reset role, including suitable surface or degreasing tasks.

Can duties or hours change during service?

Discuss changes with J+U first. Confirm availability, approval and any additional charge before extending the brief.
