What’s the difference between pre- and post-tenancy cleaning?
Pre-tenancy cleaning prepares a home before occupation. Post-tenancy cleaning takes place after occupants leave. The right task list depends on the property and your agreed requirements.
Do you work with tenants, landlords and agents?
Yes. J+U supports move-outs, property preparation and fresh starts in rental or resale homes. Tell us who will arrange access and review the work.
When should I arrange the clean?
Ideally after belongings and outstanding works are cleared, and before the handover or main move-in delivery. Leave time for a walkthrough. Ask the team about the duration for your property.
What do I need to prepare?
Arrange access, water and electricity. Empty storage that needs cleaning and keep the agreed areas accessible. For condos, check entry arrangements with management.
Do I need to provide cleaning equipment?
J+U brings tools and cleaning supplies for this service. Let the team know about surface-care instructions or household sensitivities beforehand.
Do you clean the interiors of oven and fridge?
Yes, we clean the interiors of fridges, ovens, and microwaves, as long as they’re empty, accessible, and switched off on the day of cleaning.
Is machine floor cleaning included?
No. It is a separate, suitability-assessed service. If your floor remains sticky or hazy after routine cleaning, ask whether floor deep cleaning could help.
Can you remove every stain or sign of wear?
No. The tenancy service excludes stain removal and repairs. Share problem-area photos before booking and review the full scope.
Can I book an urgent clean?
We accept urgent requests when slots are available. Contact us as soon as possible so we can secure a schedule that works well for your timeline.
What if renovation work has just finished?
Tell us what work was done before selecting a service. Renovation dust and construction residue need a different scope discussion. Explore post-renovation cleaning.
