What’s outside the standard clean?

Paint, cement and adhesive removal require separate assessment. Send photos before booking so we can discuss the work and any additional charges.

The standard clean excludes moving or dismantling items, removing protective packaging, disposing of rubbish or renovation debris, and cleaning walls or ceilings.

The clean & the cost

What does the clean cover?

Accessible surfaces, empty cupboards inside and out, kitchen and bathroom areas, windows and tracks, mirrors, doors, skirting and floors. The agreed scope is confirmed before booking.

Which package should I choose?

Signature Reset combines post-renovation cleaning with machine floor scrubbing. Ultimate Move-In adds FormaClear treatment and readings before and after treatment.

How much will my home cost?

For 600–800 sq ft, Signature Reset starts at S$460 and Ultimate Move-In at S$680. Larger homes have size-based rates. Confirm your final total, applicable GST and any extra work before booking. View the price list.

Are paint, cement and adhesive marks included?

These need separate assessment and are outside the standard package. Share close-up photos before booking so we can discuss the scope and any additional charges.

Do you clear rubbish or move furniture?

Furniture movement, dismantling, unwrapping and disposal are excluded. Arrange for packaging and renovation debris to be cleared beforehand. Walls, ceilings and cornices are also outside the standard scope.

Planning your visit

When should I arrange the clean?

Plan it after the final dusty works and before unpacking. Share outstanding touch-ups and delivery dates so we can discuss suitable timing.

How long does cleaning take?

Typically 4–6 hours, depending on size and condition. Confirm the estimate for your booking, especially if adding treatment.

Do I need to stay throughout?

No. Being there at the start and finish helps us discuss priorities and review the work with you.

What should I prepare?

Leave cupboards empty and cleaning areas accessible. Agree on access arrangements beforehand. We supply the cleaning equipment and products.

Care for your new home

Is machine scrubbing suitable for my floor?

Suitability depends on the material and finish. We assess vinyl, tile and sealed parquet; send photos and installer instructions for other surfaces. Polishing, sanding and repairs are separate from cleaning.

What if I have children, pets or product concerns?

Tell us before booking so we can discuss product information and household arrangements. Keep children and pets away from wet products and follow the team’s drying and aftercare instructions.

Is formaldehyde treatment part of every clean?

It’s included in Ultimate Move-In, not Signature Reset. FormaClear treats agreed, suitable surfaces and includes before-and-after readings. Explore FormaClear.

Can I move in straight after FormaClear?

Confirm drying, ventilation and re-entry instructions with the team before setting your move-in time. Treatment is planned after renovation and cleaning, with the agreed surfaces accessible.
