Does this book a cleaning slot?
No. This prepares a WhatsApp message for you to review and send. Your preferred date is a request; the team confirms availability, scope and price before a booking is agreed.
I’m not sure which service I need.
Choose “Not sure — please advise” and describe what needs attention. You can share photos and floor plans in WhatsApp after sending your enquiry.
Can I arrange a call instead?
Yes. Choose “Please arrange a call” in step two and add your preferred call time in the notes. Send the WhatsApp message so the team can coordinate with you.
What if I have children or pets at home?
Use the household options to tell us. We can discuss products, preparation, ventilation and access to treated areas. Suitability depends on the service, product and application.
Do I need to provide tools or products?
For hourly cleaning, you provide the tools and supplies and a four-hour minimum applies. For other services, confirm what is included and any preparation required with our team.
