We reserve the right to withdraw services if the working conditions are deemed unsafe, unhygienic, or disrespectful to our staff.
Clients are encouraged to be present or reachable during the session to ensure clarity on expectations and task completion.

Yes — a 4-hour minimum applies per session. It ensures our team has enough time to complete your list properly rather than rushing through it.

Light cleaning tasks like wiping, vacuuming, tidying, and mopping. We follow only the tasks you specify in advance — nothing skipped, nothing added without your say-so.
